Since we started our small business five years ago, we had a small CPA firm, a very large CPA firm and both made countless mistakes of omission and commission. They did not advise us of things we could have done to lower our taxes and be more profitable nor did they catch their own mistakes in spite of selling us on their system of checks and rechecks. Both were extremely expensive and both were left on very bad terms. For the past two years we have used Iain Howe and associates and the difference could not be more stark. He has an amazing fund of knowledge, is always guiding us and advising us. He can get very technical and way above my knowledge level but always is able to give us good advice. I think he is as good as it gets.

I've worked with numerous CPA's in the years and have never felt more comfortable with my taxes than I did this tax season.  I was referred to David from a local business owner and couldn't have been happier with my move.  He took the time to review our Quickbooks account for all 4 of my businesses and really helped us save in two facets.  First, we saved by David finding all opportunities for the company to write off expenses and the sorts.  Second, we saved by David's efficiency to crunch numbers to keep billing hours at a minimum.  Truly impressed with the Iain Howe, CPA & Associates team and highly recommend them to any and all local business owners.

Iain and David provide the most personable and professional tax experience you could ask for. There is no "revolving door" feeling in the way they approach their clients. They sit down with you and try to get to know you a bit in hopes of learning how to best maximize your deductions based on your life circumstances. It really felt like they were trying to earn your business and it definitely showed in their work ethic. Before I even made it back to work I was already receiving emails about documents and other questions. They are trustworthy and no stone was left unturned! I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation!
